It’s okay overall, but it does Shed more than I expected and gets tangled easily. Not the Worst, just something to know before buying.

I ordered from Bombay Hair and was a little nervous about how the fit would be. The product itself ended up being way better than I expected, but I did find the communication a bit unclear, which was annoying when I was trying to figure out what to expect.
The clips sit really flat and don’t tug on my hair, even after I’ve had them in for a few hours. They feel secure without being tight or uncomfortable, which is a big deal for me because I hate constantly adjusting extensions.
I’ve tried other ones that felt heavy or awkward, but these are much more comfortable and easy to wear. Overall I’m happy with them, I just wish the details and updates had been explained a little better from the start

The color wasn’t an exact match, but it was close enough. I can still wear it without it looking off, so I’m okay with it

To be fair, the application process was mostly straightforward. It just took me a little longer than I expected to get everything lined up properly. Not a big deal, but it definitely required more patience than I thought going in.

I got some extensions from Bombay Hair and they’re decent overall, but Not amazing for the price. They felt really soft at first and blended in nicely with my hair, which I liked. After a few washes though, the ends started getting a little dry, so I’ve had to give them extra care. They’re still usable and look good when styled, just not as low-maintenance as I hoped. Shipping was fine and the packaging was Cute, so no complaints there. Overall it’s okay, but I was expecting a bit Better

I’m tired of dealing with this same issue. The hair looked really nice when I first got it, but after just a few wears it started getting dry and tangling badly.

I followed the care instructions and barely used heat, so it’s frustrating that it still didn’t last. For the price, I really expected better quality and something that would hold up longer. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I really wanted to like these and use them for more than just simple curls, but something feels off whenever I try to style them differently. Half-up looks or tighter styles don’t blend as well as I hoped, and they can be kind of frustrating to work with. They feel fine overall, but they don’t really hold their shape the way I expected. For the price, I thought they’d be a little more flexible. They’re not terrible, just not the right fit for me.

I tried reaching out for help, but the replies were really slow and it felt like nobody cared. I wasn't happy with the experience, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I tried to exchange my order, it ended up being way more stressful than I expected. My sister had a similar issue with another store recently, so I thought I knew what to expect, but this process was even more confusing. It took forever to get a response, and the return policy wasn’t clear at all. I felt like I was stuck with something I couldn’t even use. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

It’s definitely soft, so I’ll give it that, but the texture feels kind of off to me. Maybe I’m just unlucky with these things, but I was expecting it to feel nicer than it does. It’s not awful, just not really what I hoped for
